10/19/2015 November Fundraising Event When: Saturday, November 7th, 2015 Time: 1-3pm Where: Poplar Creek Bowl 2354 W Higgins Rd, Hoffman Estates, Illinois 60169 Enjoy bowling with family and friends! $30 per family of four ($5 per additional family member). Includes bowling and shoe rental. Please make checks payable to One Plus One Mothers of Multiples. After bowling, make sure to stop next door for lunch or dinner at Garibaldi's and our club receives a % of the proceeds when you present our flyer (attached below)
